  We had a fire in April of this year.  I am a semi disabled senior citizen caring for my wheelchair bound 92 year old mother, and had to handle this by myself.  Every time I needed SERVPRO, they stepped up above and beyond.  Sometimes they got called away on someone who's business or home was in the process of flooding and it was an emergency, our fire was a done deal, we were cleaning up the mess.
  
  I got a letter from the City of Monroe today with a building code violation as I am still in the process of doing the inventory.  A formal complaint was made against me and I had to get some windows and doors boarded up.  I called SERVPRO and they were there in a couple of hours and did what needed to be done.  Since I had used them right after the fire, they still had authorizations from the insurance company and were able to just come and help me out again.  Thank you Les, and Dave was who I worked with today.
