Clinic Office Bathroom Water Damage

A Hannibal clinic had a water loss from a broken pipe that spread through out the building affecting 17 rooms. Our heroes were on site in about 30 minutes. Our crew chief and a few other technicians did a walk through and immediately began setting equipment. They extracted water from all the rooms including this bathroom. They also pulled baseboards and began demolition in some rooms. The vanity had to be removed in this bathroom due to extensive water damage. They were able to save the floor. After the drying process, we replaced the baseboards and vanity (not shown). Finally we cleaned the floors to make it "Like it never even happened."
