Remove Drywall and dry structure.

With any leak it's the water you don't see that causes the most damage. The first step is to identify the source and type of water. We then measure temperature and humidity for drying analysis, we always survey the extent of damage and do an inspection of the premises for hidden moisture. We then perform emergency water extraction, move and block furniture and contents. If a carpeted room we will remove the carpet and pad if necessary and dispose of any refuse. We will monitor the moisture until it is completely dry. At SERVPRO of Hannibal we know there is no such thing as a small disaster!
