Rebuild after a fire. Hannibal, MO

This house fire in Hannibal, MO was left for 1 month prior to customer calling for help. Mold set in due to water and a rainstorm. The SERVPRO of Hannibal team needed to pack out all of the contents left from the tenants. The attic vent was boarded up and we got to work gutting the house. The team knocked down ceiling and walls and began removing all of the insulation. Thankfully we were able to save the kitchen cabinets by cleaning and deodorizing. Now the  house was prepped and ready for our reconstruction. Ceilings, drywall and laminate flooring was put back in.

Restored to it's original state with fresh paint and trim, this house very cozy and truly livable. A owners dream after a devastating fire.
