Water Damage to Ceiling in Memphis, MO

This home in Memphis suffered a major leak from a bathroom sink on the first floor. Besides damaging the bathroom and surrounding rooms, the water also seeped down through part of the ceiling of the basement. They were lucky that the water did not affect any of their walls in the basement. You may not be able to tell in the first photo but with the help of our equipment and monitors, we were able to detect where the water was in the ceiling. As you can see in the second picture, we only had to remove part of the ceiling. The plastic you see in both photos are containments that keep the room or stuff behind them clean and free of anything related to the loss.
